1. Promoter
The promoter of the VIP Dental Travel Packages (the “Promotion”) is Global Booking doo, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia and operating internationally under the brand Booking.dentist.
2. Nature of the Promotion
These Terms & Conditions govern the promotional campaign offering selected applicants
access to VIP Dental Travel Packages, which may include travel arrangements,
accommodation, consultations and discounts on eligible dental treatments performed by
independent licensed clinics abroad.
No free medical treatment is provided.
3. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
- One application per person per promotional period, unless stated otherwise.
- Employees, contractors and family members of Global Booking doo or partner clinics are not eligible.
- Participants must provide accurate personal information during application.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion operates in monthly allocation cycles.
Application deadlines and reopening dates are published on the Booking.dentist website
or associated marketing materials.
Global Booking doo may pause or close applications early depending on clinic capacity.
5. How to Enter
- Applicants must complete the official form available on the Booking.dentist website.
- No purchase or payment is required to enter.
- Automated entries, scripts, or bot-submitted applications will be disqualified.
- Submitting an application indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Description of Packages
Selected participants may be offered one of the following non-transferable packages,
depending on clinical suitability and availability:
- Renova Premium Package – May include return flights, hotel stay, VIP transfers, free consultation and up to 50% discount on crowns/veneers/bridges.
- Vitrin Aesthetic Package – May include return flights, a shorter hotel stay, VIP transfers, free consultation and up to 25% discount on cosmetic treatments.
- Fixdent Essential Package – May include a free consultation, VIP transfer and up to 10% discount on prosthetic work.
The specific details of each package, including accommodation nights, discount values and
eligible treatments, will be confirmed in writing by Booking.dentist or the clinic before
any travel is arranged.
7. Selection Process
- Applications are reviewed by Global Booking doo and/or participating clinics based on
clinic capacity, preferred treatment type, timeline and medical suitability. - Selection does not guarantee any specific treatment; final recommendations are made only after clinical evaluation.
- Selected applicants are contacted via email, SMS or telephone using the details submitted.
- If Booking.dentist cannot reach an applicant within a reasonable time (typically 5 business days), the allocation may be offered to another applicant.
8. Medical Evaluation & Treatment Decisions
- All medical advice, diagnosis and treatment decisions are made solely by licensed dental clinics abroad.
- Consultations included in the Promotion carry no obligation to undergo treatment.
- Applicants may decline any proposed treatment plan without penalty.
- Travel or treatment arrangements will only proceed with explicit consent from the applicant.
9. Nature of the Package
- Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Discounts apply only to eligible, medically approved treatments.
- Travel dates and accommodation options are subject to availability.
- Participants are responsible for valid travel documents, insurance and entry compliance.
10. Role of Global Booking doo
Global Booking doo does not provide medical or dental services.
It operates solely as an intermediary between patients and licensed dental clinics abroad.
All medical procedures, advice, diagnoses, treatment outcomes and liabilities are the
responsibility of the respective independent clinics.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
By applying, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for:
- Application review and eligibility assessment;
- Arranging consultations with partner clinics;
- Communication regarding application status and available Packages;
- Service updates and promotional information.
Personal data is handled in accordance with Booking.dentist’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Participants may withdraw consent at any time, although withdrawal may affect participation.
12. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Booking doo is not responsible for indirect,
incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in the Promotion. - Global Booking doo is not liable for services provided by clinics, hotels, airlines or transfer providers.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Changes, Suspension & Termination
- Global Booking doo may modify or terminate the Promotion at any time for operational or legal reasons.
- Material changes will be communicated through the Booking.dentist website or campaign channels.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws
of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Serbia.
