I'm glad that I found this place. They provide my husband and me with an excellent care. The staff speaks flawless English, so I don't have to use my broken Spanish, although I try because I need to practice. I found the service great and professional. What I liked was that it was extremely easy to make an appointment, they keep the conversation open, send reminders about the time and availability. I scheduled my cleaning and consultation with my first visit, and I was able to get it done in an hour. They were able to do x-ray and tell me everything that's going on with me and what it needs to be addressed. The front desk gave me the list of things that need to be done with the prices, so I could make a plan. It's just very professional and transparent. Also prices are very affordable, especially if you're used to the USA price list. Honestly, I don't like going to the dentist, but I'm glad that I can take care of myself and I'm not gonna lose a fortune doing it. The location is also excellent.

Had a great experience here! The staff is extremely nice and goes above and beyond. They opened on a Sunday because I left shortly after (I called them only days before). Came in for cleaning and they saw I needed a root canal. We scheduled the appointments and it was all done in a few days, right on time before my flight (and painless!). Great work, great English, clean practice, great customer service, highly recommend! I'll be back whenever I'm in CDMX. Thank you!

I needed a dentist appointment quickly as I was only in town a few days. I contacted these guys in the evening and they responded right away, and booked me an appointment for the following day. Service was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The fact that both the dentist and reception staff were both fluent English-speaking was really helpful since my Spanish isn't amazing. Would definitely use Dental Centre Emmanuel again, if I lived here.

Literally the best experience. The doctor is very professional and patient, explaining to you what is needed to be done and why. The procedures are also very gentle, I don’t suffer from any pain from the operation. Prices are reasonable and the team is also very welcoming! The location is very easy to find and the environment is very clean. A very solid 5 out of 5 for what they provide!
