Promoter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The promoter of the VIP Dental Travel Packages (the \u201cPromotion\u201d) is <strong>Global Booking doo<\/strong>, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia and operating internationally under the brand <strong>Booking.dentist<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Nature of the Promotion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms &amp; Conditions govern the promotional campaign offering selected applicants<br>access to <strong>VIP Dental Travel Packages<\/strong>, which may include travel arrangements,<br>accommodation, consultations and discounts on eligible dental treatments performed by<br>independent licensed clinics abroad.<br><br><strong>No free medical treatment is provided.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One application per person per promotional period, unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees, contractors and family members of Global Booking doo or partner clinics are not eligible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must provide accurate personal information during application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Promotion Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Promotion operates in <strong>monthly allocation cycles<\/strong>.<br>Application deadlines and reopening dates are published on the Booking.dentist website<br>or associated marketing materials.<br>Global Booking doo may pause or close applications early depending on clinic capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. How to Enter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants must complete the official form available on the Booking.dentist website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No purchase or payment is required to enter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automated entries, scripts, or bot-submitted applications will be disqualified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submitting an application indicates acceptance of these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Description of Packages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected participants may be offered one of the following non-transferable packages,<br>depending on clinical suitability and availability:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Renova Premium Package<\/strong> \u2013 May include return flights, hotel stay, VIP transfers, free consultation and up to 50% discount on crowns\/veneers\/bridges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vitrin Aesthetic Package<\/strong> \u2013 May include return flights, a shorter hotel stay, VIP transfers, free consultation and up to 25% discount on cosmetic treatments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fixdent Essential Package<\/strong> \u2013 May include a free consultation, VIP transfer and up to 10% discount on prosthetic work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The specific details of each package, including accommodation nights, discount values and<br>eligible treatments, will be confirmed in writing by Booking.dentist or the clinic before<br>any travel is arranged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Selection Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applications are reviewed by Global Booking doo and\/or participating clinics based on<br>clinic capacity, preferred treatment type, timeline and medical suitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selection does <strong>not<\/strong> guarantee any specific treatment; final recommendations are made only after clinical evaluation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected applicants are contacted via email, SMS or telephone using the details submitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Booking.dentist cannot reach an applicant within a reasonable time (typically 5 business days), the allocation may be offered to another applicant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Medical Evaluation &amp; Treatment Decisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All medical advice, diagnosis and treatment decisions are made solely by licensed dental clinics abroad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consultations included in the Promotion carry no obligation to undergo treatment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants may decline any proposed treatment plan without penalty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel or treatment arrangements will only proceed with explicit consent from the applicant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Nature of the Package<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discounts apply only to eligible, medically approved treatments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel dates and accommodation options are subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants are responsible for valid travel documents, insurance and entry compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Role of Global Booking doo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Global Booking doo <strong>does not provide medical or dental services<\/strong>.<br>It operates solely as an intermediary between patients and licensed dental clinics abroad.<br>All medical procedures, advice, diagnoses, treatment outcomes and liabilities are the<br>responsibility of the respective independent clinics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Data Protection &amp; Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By applying, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application review and eligibility assessment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arranging consultations with partner clinics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication regarding application status and available Packages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service updates and promotional information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data is handled in accordance with Booking.dentist\u2019s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.<br>Participants may withdraw consent at any time, although withdrawal may affect participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Booking doo is not responsible for indirect,<br>incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in the Promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Global Booking doo is not liable for services provided by clinics, hotels, airlines or transfer providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Changes, Suspension &amp; Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Global Booking doo may modify or terminate the Promotion at any time for operational or legal reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material changes will be communicated through the Booking.dentist website or campaign channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms &amp; Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws<br>of the Republic of Serbia.
